About this property

The complex consists of 8 (eight) commercial units, each with a total area of 800 sq. ft. All the units come with 3 (three) spacious private offices, a reception area, a customer waiting area, a kitchenette/lunch room and a toilet facility. There is private parking to accommodate in excess of 40 vehicles and the parking lot is lit from dusk to dawn. All common areas, including walkways are well lit from dusk to dawn. There is a common sewage treatment plant for the entire complex. There is an automatic backup generator. There is adequate water storage, in excess of 25,000 gallons, in the event the supply from the public source is unavailable.
